Save the Tax Filling Calendar 2023. The State Taxation Administration (STA) published the 2023 Tax Filing and Payment Deadlines. The deadline for taxpayers who must file and pay their taxes within 15 business days before the end of each month or quarter.
Standard Filling Months:
- February, March, June, August, September, November, and December are among the months for which the 15th of the month is the due date for tax filing and payment;
Other Extended Months:
- January 16
- April 17
- May 18
- July 17
- October 23
The taxing authorities may punish taxpayers who do not complete the necessary tax declaration paperwork and submit payment information within the specified time frame.
Please Note: The Local tax bureaus may adjust the tax filing and payment dates in certain circumstances. However, any revisions must be submitted in advance to the STA.
